The absolute worst customer service I ever had with a law firm/collection agency. I believe when you hire a lawyer they work for you!! I don't need an attitude when I call for an update on the case I hired you for. They give NO updates and there is NO communication with their clients, yet they have no problems sending their bill out to you! i ACTUALLY LOST MONEY HIRING these clowns, don't make the same mistake I made and use ANY other law firm.

I have had all good things from mr kuykendall. He calls for updates and when I call him with a question he is always more than helpful.

When calling for assistance I was told, this office is not in the business of helping people. Word of mouth is dangerous.
