Was extremely disappointed in my experience with this firm. After back and forth emails with Jody for over 3 weeks and still no contact with an actual attorney I decided to check on the status with them and was told they were not willing to go forward with the case because they felt it would not be profitable in the long run for them. Timeliness in a case where my daughter has been disfigured would have been greatly appreciated. And if pursuing a case against a surgeon who is already being sued by other patients for the same thing doesn’t seem winnable just say that from the beginning instead of leaving a potential client in limbo.
Rob and Steve were wonderful to work with. Rob was always there when I needed him and to take care of all my concerns. I can’t imagine having anyone else handle my personal injury case. I would recommend them to anyone needing an attorney!
