Absolutely awful! Nick Valle is the worst attorney you could ever get. All he cares about is making a quick buck. He will drag you along in the process to make as much money as he can. He would not answer phone calls, return phone calls, advise me as a client, told me what would go on at court and what we were arguing, and didn't do any of it. He racked up at $7,000 bill for doing absolutely nothing on my case. Plus a $3,000 retaining fee. He didn't fight for anything I was entitled to in my divorce and lost me over $16,000! He told me he could get child support lowered and actually got it raised! Steer clear of this lawyer if you don't want to be charged out the ass for him doing nothing for your case and taking week long vacations every month!

VERY DISPLEASED With the Services or Lack there of, of Nick Valle. Although in the "free consultation" Mr. Valle was VERY Impressive - a Bulldog to be exact - I found that his first impression was FAR from the service he offered. I dealt with him for over a year - on a simple child support , and insurance adjustment from the original divorce decree. Between multiple turnovers in his staff (understandable) being "unavailable" to return calls, e-mails or see me face to face - and then blaming the opposing council for the delays, I was left with the only decision I could me and that was to file a complaint with the Nebraska Bar association. I was Extremely Frustrated and would not have normally taken such a drastic step, but I felt Mr. Valle left me no choice. Oddly enough there was nearly an immediate resolution to my case. Now the actual outcome was a far cry from the estimated dollars suggestion in that infamous consultation, But I at least had some updates granted........I will say that Mr. Valle did adjust his own fees when everything was finalized, but I do not believe without the Nebraska Bar Association backing me up that his fees would have been adjusted. Lastly, I'd like to note that I was a referral from a friend going through a divorce at the time and had Mr Valle as her council. Unfortunately, before I knew much about Mr. Valle, I also referred a friend who was starting divorce proceedings. Long story short, I can speak for ALL 3 of us as Clients, NOT ONE OF THE 3 OF US WERE EVEN REMOTELY HAPPY WITH MR. VALLE'S SERVICES, OR RATHER LACK THERE OF.............. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a ton of frustration, and pass on Mr. Valle - continue shopping for a lawyer!!!!

Charlie is very intelligent, understanding, and honest. He holds himself and his practice with the higest degree of integrity there is!. Charlie James is simply the best attorney around!!!!

After calling and asking if I could ask a question about a law in Nebraska I was told that they could give me an answer at a fee of $200-$250 a hour. The question was not request for legal advice or about a case or anything. I just needed help understanding one sentence in a law that is written very vaguely. While attempting to explain this to the receptionist, I was very rudely hung up on mid sentence. If I was ever going to use them for anything, even though I have never needed a lawyer. I would instead try to defend myself, instead of giving them any of my money. Called another law office in Hastings and they had no problem explaining to me what the law in whole was, instead of just explaining the one sentence I needed help with. Anyone who I know that needs a lawyer will be receiving advice from me to search elsewhere for their legal needs. All it would took is 5 minutes of their time to avoid losing this much respect

Mr. James is an excellent attorney. Extremely prepared for court. Hire him. He is the best!!!!
