My mom was under the impression she was getting a free consultation about a matter on a clouded title. By the end of it Mr. Nunley typed out a 3 sentence letter and said he had sent it to another office concerning the matter. He said he wouldn’t charge her much. The other office said they never got the letter but wrote a version of the letter themselves and the matter was resolved free of charge. A few weeks later she was sent a bill for $300. When we called about the bill we were told that no one in that office gives free consultations and that it would be $300 for the letter and consultation even thought the letter wasn’t used in the case. BEWARE THEY DO NOT GIVE FREE CONSULTATIONS!
