Reviews

Gary helped to mediate a very complex civil dispute. He brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the table and seems to have a pretty good sense of how to identify and address the needs of competing interests in the context of a mediated settlement. I can definitely recommend him and will keep him in mind for future civil mediations.
Gary Singer is very knowledgeable and effective with execution. He is very reasonable in price and gets results.
Gary was patient kind and has been very helpful and generous. I couldn't have done it without him. A wonderful lawyer. As a law enforcement officer, it's sometimes hard to say nice things about lawyers. However I would highly recommend Gary.
I reached out to this attorney as I had met him several years ago and also thought because he has a column in the local paper that he must be reliable and trust worthy. To my surprise and as can be clearly seen from other reviewers here who express the same qualms about this lawyer, this is not someone who I would ever hire or recommend. As has been mentioned in other reviews here this is an extremely busy attorney who seems to not have time for his clients. Trying to get him or even one his paralegals on the phone is next to impossible. Maybe if you are a big case, but I left message after unreturned message to Mr Singer. His rates were double the average for his work. I have known and networked with hundreds of south Florida busines people but I am extremely challenged to recall any business professional that required this much effort to track down and get to sit still for a minute of their time. After a week’s time this attorney finally responded to me with an email requiring me to come up with extremely complications decisions and research required on my part just to figure out how to proceed on my case. Instead of getting answers to my simple questions, this attorney sent me a form to fill out that was way over my head. This experience made me realize that choosing legal assistance requires a careful review prior to taking action. I sincerely hope that others will do the same. I sincerely hope that anyone looking to work with Mr. Singer do their homework prior to jumping aboard.
This is not against the law firm but against Gibraltar Title! I went to the Sunrise office to pick up a rental commission check (because the other agent in the transaction informed me that is where I could go and pick it up) the front receptionist lady was beyond rude. After much discussion I informed her that I was unable to come back the next day to pick up my check because I was going on vacation. I asked why could I not go the East office to pick it up, what would the difference be? (The check was issued out on 4/21...the incident occurred on 4/24) She decided to call the other office and told the lady who is name was Allison that "she can't pick it up tomorrow, she is going on vacation and probably needs the money to go on vacation"!!! I had to bite my tongue from going off on her. What kind of customer service is this?! You don't talk to ANYBODY in that type of manner!! I will never close a deal with them and its even a bigger lose because my husband is in commercial real estate and we will never recommend this title company!
