I would never recommend this law firm!! My car accident case goes back 3 + Year’s and after Alex Millers firm held it off for 2 of those years, meanwhile having me create more medical bills to push my bills even higher. She then handed my case off to Leviness, Tolzman and Hamilton, May of 2017, never even advising me(her client). They never got my case file so it has been more than 3 years, which is the statute of limitations and it is still not settled. This law office is telling me that the other insurance company is not anxious to settle a case that is 3 years old! Like this is my fault!!!! I am so angry and I am contacting Better Business Bureau regarding Alex Millers office and submitting my complaint! I will probably never see anything from this case and I still have pain in my back and I lost money (a lot) on my car that was damaged ($8k plus) because once it was repaired, no one wanted to give me the actual value, because of the accident! So I will lose no matter what! I have written letters to both Attorneys offices and receive absolutely no resolve!!!!!

I would seriously not recommend anyone to this law firm because they not only dropped my easy no court case but then referred me to the most pathetic law firm I have ever dealt with leviness tolzman and Hamilton. Who in the world would drop a car accident case after a insurance company takes full responsibility 25 days after the car accident occurred, which had happened in August 20th 2016.

This firm achieved great results with my case, and did an excellent job all the way. They were upfront about the case from the very beginning, and my dad and I are very grateful.

They are outstanding! They work hard for you to make sure you get everything by the laws for you. Very kind and caring offices. I highly recommend this frm to anyone.
