Ask for Nephi !!! Amazing guy he’ just got me finalized for my check from my accident. People just think there getting there check right away it takes time and these guys have the patience to work hard for you !!! I highly recommend taking your business to them . They know what there doing just have patience not all things happen so quickly. And I’m still waiting on my money to come in from them . Hopefully that’s today ! Much love for this law office I’m definitely going to be going with them again!

If I could give negative stars review I would. They have been wasting my uncle’s time and dragging his case along with no results for the past 5 years. Yes, you read this right 5 years. Sorry excuse for representation. Numerous examples of neglect, mistakes and overall incompetence. Save yourself from additional stress and look for someone with work ethic and pride in their work.

Leyva &Night is the Best place to come to if you want a strong team to represent you and WIN!! Their customer service is Amazing and most of all they treat their clients like family. I came to them in need of a lawyer for workers compensation. I was injured from my job of 3 Years and felt scared and did not know what to do. They reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Very unorganized law firm. Do not use if you value your time. They were handling a friends claim and did nothing to move it forward. Once they found a doctor to treat, they just let my friends claim coast without ever calling or following through with the next specialist or a plan of action. The case was set for MSC to close off discovery and then set for trial and I had to call the office over 6 times just to try to get a hold of an attorney to speak to me regarding the claim. Dana (receptionist) stated she scheduled me for a phone conference at 11 the following week. 11am the following week, the attorney did not show up to work to talk about the case. Dana stated she would have Mr. Leyva call me back once he is out of his meeting. This was at 11am. I called back at 1pm and another lady answered who stated Dana was out to lunch and she would call me back in 30 min. Still no call back. I called at 2pm when Dana stated she forgot “ I knew I had to do something” is what she whispered. Now I was told Mr. Leyva was not available and she can schedule me for the following week. This is very poor service and I would highly recommend you find another attorney. I was then told a paralegal would be calling me back with in 1 hour. With all the stress an injured worker is going through and the unfamiliar territory of workers comp. I recommend you find another attorney who will be there to help you understand what is going on and walk you through. NOT TAKE A MESSAGE AND SAY THEY ARE GOING TO CALL YOU BACK AND FORGET ABOUT YOU.
