I hired Ms. Allred and Ms. Leal to fight for me after I endured abuses from an ex-employer. Called about an issue I had and while trying to tell my story I was cut off and was told “without the story why do you feel discriminated”. Then perceived to tell me they don’t work my state and sent me to a page to find a lawyer I already looked at before calling them. Couldn’t even get out every injustice because I was talked over so much. Very impatient group!

I contacted them for help about a situation and tried to answer their questions to the best of my abilities, but to talk over and interrupt me was not helpful. I tried to ask questions to understand what was required to submit a case and was told "I can't give you a road map" and hung up. Well, when I do have what is needed, these people will not be the ones I call. You shouldn't either.

I could not be happier with the service I received from AMG. Dolores Leal is clearly an expert in her field. She guided me through the whole process with warmth, intelligence and kindness. I will be forever grateful for the education she gave me on how to resolve a conflict with a difficult employer who terminated me without cause. The attorney that interviewed me over the phone had called me at an inconvenient time to determine whether or not they would represent me against a large corporation. As the plaintiff, I have emailed them all the information about the case that was qualified,accepted, and filed with the State of California. Yet this attorney grilled me very harshly over the phone as if I were the adversary respondent and asked questions about the case when it was already answered in writing in the emailed attachment that wasn't read thoroughly. Bottom line, they wouldn't and couldn't do anything to help me. They didn't want the case when everything was already laid out for them. I am very disappointed with the harshness this attorney conducted the phone interview.
