I contacted this company in regards to medical bills that was turned over to their office. I hadn't even been on the phone for 60 seconds and the receptionist was so rude and combative I couldn't even believe they were a Law Office. I was contacting them to make an effort to pay and she was so completely unprofessional I was baffled. I asked to speak to her superior and she hung up on me 3 times before finally connecting me to her superior. By that point I was completely rude and fed up. I set up my payment arrangement and fully intend on contacting the Attorney Generals office for the state of Kansas. She even informed me that their calls are not monitored and recorded, at which I expressed they should be. Because how you treat people who are expressing interest in paying is absolutely horrendous. That receptionist should be fired and if the rest of these people were privy to their rights and aware of ethics violations I have a feeling she would no longer be an employee. I fully intend on submitting an Ethics Complaint to the Disciplinary Administrators office for the state of Kansas immediately. I hope they even attempt to retaliate against me for it, because they will only make this easier for me.
If I could give this place a zero I would, the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Me and my husband have been sued 3 times so we decided to get a loan from the bank we set at the bank and called them and asked exactly how much we owed and Angie she was like we can’t tell you that... seriously yes you can I explained that me and my husband where setting at the bank to see exactly how much we will owe so we could get the amount of the loan. Needless to say it was 1200 and something so we sent that in that day I called Monday they said they received it and they are still garnishing my husbands check. Yes I understand I will get all that money back but the fact of the matter is they said we are short staffed and they are not going to rush and do anything. Well let’s just say I’m not playing there games anymore. Do your job and stop making people feel like they are horrible because people have real life problems. And then she told me if you would have paid your bills in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. That’s when I went smooth off. So if anyone is dealing with this Law firm Don’t speak to Angi.
These reviews are nuts. I've had a medical debt here since 2014 that the hospital wanted me to pay in 90 days. Unrealistic for anyone when talking about thousands of dollars. This law office took over my debt and every time I've contacted the front office the receptionist (i'm sorry I cant remember her name) has always been professional and polite. She was never rude and was understanding and communicated with me how to handle my situation. Customer service. Some times people can just be so rude for no reason. The receptionist at this office has great customer service.
Would give no stars if possible. Receptionists is extremely rude and not helpful to people who are trying to understand what's happening .Treats them like they are stupid. Hope her attitude doesn't send someone over the edge. In this day and age someone struggling and feels there's no hope a person like this could cause some harm .Wouldn't want that representing my business .Angie go get some proper communication skills before you cause someone harm!
These people were extremely rude and difficult to work with, and I'm sorry but in this day and age, what institution doesn't have some form of electronic bill pay? I have to send in a paper check every month with no guarantee as to WHEN it will be drawn out of my account. And I haven't seen anything come out of my account for the past couple of months despite the fact that I've been sending my payments in on time. I have a very real fear that one day all of the checks will be cashed at once rather than them cashing the checks monthly like they should be.
