Paul C Lo acted as a defense lawyer for a defendant who disrespected his small claims court failing to show?when he presided as the judge. ??This resulted in reducing my $3000 claim to an insulting $500 which I never collected from tenant who?skipped out. Commission for Judicial Performance did?nothing to rectify this injustice. My complaints to?Merced Superior Court were returned and dismissed.
