I have only worked with this Law firm briefly during the Holidays. They returned all my phone calls and or were available immediately even on the Friday 4-5 PM (when I was getting off work) before New Years weekend and Christmas celebrations. It has been almost 2 years since I began communicating with this group. They were good with communication in the beginning and now I don't hear from them at all.. They have all my information and last they called, they said they would call with an update on whether or not they will move forward with a case. It has been 4 months since that call so I'm assuming they decided against it. No decency to even follow up on something that has been hanging over my head for so long.
I asked them they can help me get my check reissued, they said I need to contact the company that is doing all the distribution work, we can’t do anything regarding that and the distributing company people never pick up my phone always asking to leave a message but I never got answered, really disappointed
