Law Office of Adam Oakey LLC

I hired Adam Oakey for my parental alienation case and I wish I had picked someone else to represent me. The previous attorney I had was amazing but she had to stop representing me because her company hired someone who had spoken to my ex about our case. During the initial call with Adam's Paralegal, the gal was really attentive and said that Adam would serve me well. This was completely untrue. She scheduled a phone appointment so I could go over the case with Adam because I had a hearing in 3 days. Adam was out of sorts. I had to keep repeating myself to him and when I asked him if we are supposed to meet at his office for our telephonic hearing, he said we could if we wanted to because he'd be there bright and early. I told him I preferred to meet there so we could talk about responses if need be. We showed up but Adam wasn't there and it was too late to drive home (we live an hour away). One of the other attorneys let my husband and I in, and she set us up in a meeting room. We log into the meeting and Adam is not on the call. He was almost 10 minutes late and the judge advised me to represent myself before Adam finally joined. During the hearing, Adam had opportunities to present my side but he failed to do so and the hearing ended badly. After the hearing I called Adam and once again explained the facts of the case. He told me I needed to just give my ex what he wanted, so I had to explain again that my ex wasn't following the judge's orders and had been doing things illegally. It was like I hadn't told Adam these things before because a light bulb went on and he said, "then let's go after him!". We should've went after him at that morning's hearing. I wasn't represented by Adam Oakey or anyone else that day, so it was time to move on. I see tons of good reviews on this page and I wonder if these people were paid to say good things about Adam or did he choose from the very beginning to let my ex win??? I paid for two hours of phone calls when the calls lasted only 45 minutes, etc. But the most important thing is my daughter and I still haven't seen her in over 2 years. I don't recommend Adam because he didn't care enough about my family unit to fight for us, he just wanted to collect his money.

I can't thank Adam, Jessie, Liz, Julia, and the rest of the team enough for their exceptional help with my semi-involved accident case.
