Law Office Of Allan P. Capps, Ltd.

This is the worse representation I have ever had. I'm still trying to get my case settled. It's been over a year. 2 paralegals gone. No return phone calls. You can't get in touch with anyone not even Allan Capps. This has gone on far to long. I would like to get paid for my injuries. My next step is to file a complaint.

I have had the worst experience dealing with his current paralegal. She does not answer the phone when I call, no matter what time it is. I came to the office 2 weeks ago and she completely brushed me off. I cannot deal with this level of rudeness, because that is exactly what it is. There is nothing wrong with answering a client and letting them know what is going on with your case!!!
