I have used the services of Andrew Dansicker on two separate occasions. Mr. Dansicker's down-to-earth, straight forward approach to resolving legal issues made my experience very smooth. He quickly determined the best path to remedy my legal issues, saving me time an money in the long run. I worked with Andrew M. Dansicker to resolve a rather unsavory workplace issue with a former employer, and could not have gone to a better lawyer! Not only was he responsive, personable, patient, professional, and offered advice beyond that pertaining specifically to my case (like how/when to update my social media/LinkedIn profiles with a new position), but he was warm and welcoming from Day 1, which made me feel I was talking to a friend advocate more so than a lawyer- which given this was my first time, was a nerve-wracking process in itself. I trusted him to negotiate entirely on my behalf, and after handing everything over to him, he ultimately got my old company to offer more than their policies "allow," and over 13k more than they initially offered to release my claims (and that is AFTER his percentage-- so it was even more!). My friends who are lawyers also said that-- in their experience-- his rates were extremely reasonable and fair. I hope I never have to work with an employment lawyer again, but if I do, the first place I go will be to Andrew M. Dansicker.

I'm so upset with this law firm. I spent $350 for consultation only to have the lawyer I was working with confess that he had read none of the material I provided in advance of our meeting. The material was provided on Monday evening and our meeting was on Thursday. I'm so insulted. I could have donated that $350 to charity, paid for my cats hyperthyroid medication or just thrown it all off of a building. Every one of those options would have been more worth while. The worst part is that this law firm was referred to me. Pursuing a case is already stressful enough but knowing how careless the lawyer was, I knew I wouldnt feel comfortable moving forward with the case and I really wanted to see justice done for once in my life. I wish I'd gone with the DC firm I called. What an appalling experience.

When looking for an attorney to represent me, I was in between two firms. I originally went with Andrew because the other firm wanted thousands of dollars up front, which was not possible for me. After talking to Andrew on the phone, I also appreciated his demeanor, which was firm but also genuine. In the long run, I am very glad I chose him for many other reasons. Andrew was upfront about what I could expect as far as how long the process would take and what I would need. He was also honest with me about realistic monetary expectations, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for this type of representation. I had a good experience and will definitely keep him in mind if needed in the future.
