I had my trial at the immigration court in January 2022 and won! This attorney prepared me twice. He says he usually prepares people once but could tell I was so very nervous. He was right and prepared me again just hours before the trial. I performed like a "Rock Star," he said. When it came time for my husband to testify about his hardships, the judge refused to allow him to testify. The judge could see that my husband was going to break down just like the documentary evidence that Mr. Eric provided had showed. The government attorney agreed and Mr. Eric made a proffer, or something like that, to the judge. It was really special when Mr. Eric thanked the judge and government for their understanding and help. It was like a team effort for my husband and me. I think the government was a little embarrassed by the win because they refused to negotiate with Mr. Eric to avoid the expense of trial. I can honestly say, however, it was the best money I have ever spent. Mr. Eric will be my go to attorney from now on.

This lawyer will definitely take your money poor communication with his clients he doesn't show interest in this immigration cases or even tries to win the case charges separate on everything this was very devastating to my family how now we are apart and out 4 children involved and he thinks its easy for him to say that my husband has to stay out for 10 yrs. before anything can be done. Now he states he will stop working on my husbands case because he states that my husband act surprise about the overcome of his case. terrible immigration legal advise.

If giving a zero was an option, I would absolutely give a zero. Absolutely terrible lawyer, I’ve never met this lawyer yet I’m the petitioner. If that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what does. No communication, receptionist completely unprofessional. Asked about withdrawing a petition which is when I learned that I’m not a client she stated and to get out. They are only representing my husband she says he’s the one that needs to withdraw it. I’ve yet to receive a phone call from him yet.
