Met with Mr Rios (Sr) on three occasions. Each time he asked me the same basic questions over and over and demonstrated no ongoing knowlege of the case. Gave me a piece of paper to sign without explanation that said I am aware that my case might fail. He was also very rude to my fiance over the telephone. After deciding to go with a different lawyer I learned that some basic facts he had told me were wrong. Took $1000 of my money and did nothing.

Resolved our immigration issue quickly. Reasonable cost.

Most unprofessional firm I have ever worked with. Initial visit was fine however I called three times over a two week period I was told my call would be returned and this didn't happen. I called a couple minutes ago and was placed on hold for nearly 5 minutes and when the receptionist came back to the phone I asked her what was the issue and why I couldn't get a return phone call? Should I take my business elsewhere because their caseload was too heavy? She rudely replied I am not going to have you talk to me like that and that I should take my business elsewhere. Never was did I raise my voice, was rude to her or used any language that was unprofessional. I'm not sure what is going on their at the moment but my experience with the firm was unacceptable.
