Referred a dear friend here. She was charged $325.00 up front for 30 min consultation. $2500.00 more to draw up decree and sent to The X husband attorney. No court date. No mediation date nothing. Now she gets a email that states the other attorney did not respond so now she has to pay $10,000.00 to proceed. Oh but she'll discount it to $6,000.00 ..my friend cant afford this nmbut the X husband can but Bailey won't go after him for the fees.. this had been a waste of money and Bailey should have stated this up front . Truly a rip off.
