Any Sacramento County Misdemeanor Case $500 (additional $500 trial fee). Any Sacramento County Non-Strike or Non-Life Case $2,500 (additional $1,500 trial fee in most cases) Placer, Yolo, El Dorado, San Joaquin, Solano, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba, Glenn, Nevada, and Amador County cases: Misdemeanor $750 (additional $750 trial fee); Felony $3,000 (additional $2,000 trial fee in most cases). All other county rates are negotiable, but will be based on the above fees. All other California criminal matters, including life cases, strike cases, and sex cases are negotiable. These rates do not apply to federal matters.
