Great Attorney. I was referred to Ms. Gutierrez by a current client. She is very direct and doesn't try to sugar coat anything to get you to hire her. She gets to the point. She fights for her clients in Court. I previously had an Attorney that kept making promises and telling me what I wanted to hear but never delivered. He charged me several thousand and the case dragged on. Her rates are reasonable. She worked with me on a payment plan. My case was complicated. It has been my personal experience that Bertha Gutierrez is not only a horrible attorney, but an individual as well. My ex is represented by her, and as in the past, when my ex failed to produce my children for the court specified period of visitation, Bertha Gutierrez, instead of contacting her client and clarifying for her the specifications of the court orders and her obligation to the children, as specified by the courts, chose instead, and at the expense of my children, to not only ensure that the children's wishes, as well as their mother's obligations, were met, but actively participated in the violation of Texas Penal Code 25.03, Interference with Child Custody. It truly is sad that rather than concerning herself with compliance of court orders and what is best for the children, she would prefer to play 'legal games', and is willing to do so in violation of State Statutes.

I have hired other attorneys in the past to help me with my case but no one stood up for me and rocked like she did. When I walked out of the court room in the past I felt like I lost.
