Very unprofessional, the man who answered the phone proceeded to send me a rude message after our conversation. Considering I expressed that my case was approaching soon. If you couldn’t help or be of assistance a simple “we wish you luck on your case” would’ve worked well. Instead they or HE texted me unnecessary comments. To make matters worst. I called because the reviews seemed great. Just to find out every review was from over a year ago. Let this be the updated review. There must be a new staff but in my opinion they’re horrible and not worth the “wasted time or resources”
