Reviews

We had a really positive experience working with Bryan Lynch and his firm. We experienced a condemnation of part of our property by IDOT as part of the grade separation project with CN railroad tracks. His firm was able to achieve a substantially higher payment for us for that property. He was also very responsive and provided us with updates on the progress of the project through the entire lengthy process. He even went above and beyond for us when our bank tried to claim part of the funds. While eminent domain is a really terrible process, Bryan Lynch made it as painless for us as possible.
My company, ALL Real Estate Co, hired Bryan Lynch to represent it in the condemnation of a commercial property in Chicago. Bryan is a very knowledgeable condemnation attorney, who obtained a substantially higher award than was offered by the City of Chicago. His communication skills are great, and he was tenacious in his efforts to obtain an increased award. His efforts continued after the litigation was concluded, and he was able to correct an inequitable proration imposed by the City. He passes all the tests, and I strongly recommend him as an attorney that can handle condemnation matters. Marty Hauselman
Bryan was professional and knowledgeable throughout the emminent domain process we went through for our commercial building with IDOT. He was prompt in his replies and always willing to explain things thoroughly. I would recommend his services to anyone going through the condemnation process.
I recently worked with Bryan to help me navigate through an eminent domain case involving IDOT. The widening of a road made it necessary for them to acquire a portion of my property and I was not comfortable representing myself to get a fair purchase price. After interviewing several attorneys specializing in this field, I selected Bryan and have since recommended him to neighbors going through the same process. His expertise came through in our initial consultation and he was always available to answer my questions throughout the many months of negotiations. I came to appreciate his patience and way of explaining things (in non-legal terms) so that I could make well informed decisions. Using his guidance, the offer I accepted was close to 3 times the amount IDOT initially offered and I barely had to do anything. Bryan and his staff took care of all the paperwork remotely and I never had to step foot into a courtroom.
I owned an industrial building near O’Hare and was involved in several dealings with a couple of government agencies over several years. The first was a permanent easement procurement by the City of Chicago and then two eminent domain issues with the Tollway related to the O’Hare Western Bypass. Bryan was knowledgeable, easy to work with and was very responsive by either email, text or phone. He was able to negotiate a higher compensation than the original offering on all three cases. I sold my building toward the end of 2022 and Bryan handled that sale for me as well. I highly recommend Bryan for anyone looking for a good real estate attorney. He truly is a pleasure to work with.
