I'm posting an update on my sons (Jacob) medical condition. It's been 4 years since Jacob was medically compromised due to David Booths incompetent counsel as my attorney during the custody court battle. Jacob is now taking muscle relaxers and narcotics prescribed by the doctor to ease his pain due to the medical negligence he was subjected too as a result of David Booths professional negligence. I had included several individuals from Fernandez Law in my emails to David Booth during the court hearings regarding Davids inability to represent me effectively as my attorney of record. No one from the Fernandez Law Office ever reached out to me to evaluate the lack of competence, integrity, and professional misconduct David exhibited as my attorney for the 2 years he represented me. David Booth neglected his professional responsibilities in addressing the complexity of my custody case in order to take sides with his colleague and mentor (Minors Counsel) who had previously lied in court and in the CCI report regarding my case. When I presented David Booth with the documentation to disprove the false allegations from Minors Counsel, David chose not to address the inconsistencies in court. Besides being medically abused, my 13 year old son was also left for 10 days and nights alone in the apartment while my ex-husband took a vacation to Florida with his girlfriend. My ex-husband went out of state and left a minor unattended for 10 days and nights. This is what David Booth considered a competent and responsible parent. I repeatedly informed David Booth and the Fernandez Law team that Jacob would be medically abused but no one cared about my sons health and safety.The only thing David Booth kept asking for was his exorbitant legal fees to be paid which he misused to medically abuse my son. Will you entrust your childs life to this firm???
