Would never ever use this attorney. Does not tell the truth and is completely untrustworthy. Also capitulates to the whims of the Cancel Culture and Social Justice Warriors and thus if I was a potential client thinking about retaining this attorney/firm I would seriously question whether he truly had my best interests in mind and whether he would abandon me or otherwise fail to demonstrate the unbiased zealousness expected from attorneys. In sum, stay away!

During the height of the Great Recession of the Obama years, I was the target of a mortgage threat attack by a subsidiary of SYNOVUS. They refused to negotiate and refused to work with me, constantly threatening to foreclose, ruin my credit, and, in general, acted like complete jerks. I retained Mr. Alembik, and after he had investigated into the facts of the matter, he was able to identify several dozen areas in which the lender had failed to follow RESPA and REGULATION X requirements. He notified the lender of their failings. The lender's attitude IMMEDIATELY changed. The attorneys for the lender had apparently advised the lender that they were in violation of numerous federal rules & regulations, which completely undermined their threats to foreclose against me. Mr. Alembik is not the least expensive real estate attorney in Georgia. He is simply the best real estate attorney in Georgia. If you are having a problem with your mortgage lender, I strongly recommend Mr. Alembik.

If you have a legitimate wrongful foreclosure case, he's the best there is.
