At eighty years old I encountered my first court case. Clayton Griessmeyer was kind and respectful to me during the two-day trial. October 20, 2010 while riding my road bike I was T-boned by an un-insured motorcyclist. My insurance company, a major player in Wisconsin policies, made me an offer that would not even cover the cost of my bike! I turned it down and within 20 days my insurance company dropped me, denied my claim and even claimed I was 100% at fault. Nonsense. I was hit in a bike lane.
