We had a terrific experience working with Bruce to sell our property. Bruce helped us navigate a complicated closing (because it involved international parties) in a manner that made it as easy and painless as such a process can be. Bruce answered questions in ways that made complex elements of the sale easy to understand (even for those of us with very limited understanding of real estate transactions), very effectively negotiated with the buyer on our behalf, and was very responsive in helping make several last minute adjustments on multiple occasions due to changing needs on both the buyers and our part. Bruce and staff worked on our home closing. Our closing was a very difficult situation. It took over 9 months due to complicated trust issues. We nearly lost our house because of this man's incompetence. He was an absentee throughout most of the process. We would go days without hearing from him. On closing day he was AWOL and the seller had to go looking for him, she's another story.
