Used him for my divorce. Office was very hard to reach,I only spoke to him once before the court date,I was heavily pregnant and living 3 hours away, repeatedly they where supposed to set up zoom but but never did,which I found out later would have been easy to do,they didn't care at all about me personally or advocating for me it was a very scary experience, also many typos and errors on there paperwork,lowest retainer for any lawyer in the area...

Can I leave no stars? I never leave reviews we’ve had a family attorney for decades that has retired and needed to get our adult kids started. Do not choose this guy!! My sons Placed some $ down and couldn’t get a return call for months, never answered calls unless we called from a different phone number. Thank god we didn’t Pay it all. The only time this lawyer actually talked to him was once and he was very nice understanding and professional, trying to make the sale. One time in four months. Finally after going to Illinois Board. We got some finished Paperwork to sign and phone call from his office the first one. Miraculously the paper were done . Then they said they wouldn’t serve papers until we withdrew complaints and made a remaining payment plan.(Not happening) We weren’t happy thus far so we sought legal advice and we withdrew, asked for a receipt which this attorney had the nerve to charge an amount for having to respond to the Illinois Board in which his license is held. Even with that he did nothing and we were still entitled for a few hundred refund. The paralegal stated she couldn’t issue checks and it would be sent, still waiting 6 weeks later. However she could take our money. She was shady too. When our son and I went with him in the office she was professional and courteous . However the one time he went alone, another story. We are still working with the Board. People know your rights. We will not give up. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. An attorney should return your calls within a couple days. Even though we have to pay another attorney with a great reputation more. If this helps anyone from losing any money than we pay it forward. We have 3 witnesses to the events and Phone records of answered calls from number they didn’t know vs the ones they did. After reading all the other reviews, it’s a wonder he still has a license.

QUITE A FEW CASE LAWS IN SUPREME COURT YES LET RECORDINGS BE ADMITTED INTO EVIDENCE FOR THE RECORD AND FACTUAL BASED EVIDENCE OF ATTORNEY MISCONDUCT WITH INTENT.... ALSO YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO MAKE A DECISIONS ABOUT THE CHILDREN'S MEDICAL WELBEING.. MEMORY RECOLLECT???? CONTACT ALLYSON MCCULISH... He was hired to evict some tenants for nonpayment. they hadn't paid in about a year.He got them out but failed to even attempt to get a judgement against them. After over a year still nothing has been done and all my calls go unanswered. I only call about once a month or so, The last call I made i asked since you only did half the job do I get half the money back? no response on that even.

Completely disrespectful, rude, and I believe he forgets the he isn't the State's Attorney's lawyer and is supposed to be helping the people that the judge assigns him to. Multiple things wrong with statements, paperwork, etc and I can't get my lawyer to speak to me, since he was appointed to my case, except to tell me that "he doesn't have time for me because he has 26 other cases today." I have tried multiple times to contact his office, and/or him, so I can schedule at least a phone conference but I get no answers and no return call either. Instead this guy wants everyone to take whatever deals are being offered to his 26 clients so he can go home and he doesn't care if you did whatever the states Attorney is trying to charge someone with or not. He has 26 other cases today and just needs you to plead guilty, take the deal and get out of his sight so he can continue all 26 of his other cases?!!! Just being honest and answering the public's questions today.
