We retained you in February, 2019, Attended Mediation in June.You collected an additional $800 in October, for a court date coming up with our case, and we haven't heard from you since then? Hmmmmm........ Are you still our attorney? Do we have a court date? We are waiting for our copy of our new Parenting Plan and Child Support orders. Can you please respond? Can you please return our personal documents and records?

I had a good experience working with Dave. My family law matter went on forever due to things out of our control, but Dave stuck with it and honored his flat rate, even though my family law matter sadly turned into a probate matter. He stood by. So I have worked with Dave now for 8 full months. His strengths are deep understanding and knowledge of family law. He even knows a little bit about probate law, having to read up on it to advise me. Point is, he takes the time to study case law when a curveball gets thrown, for which I am very appreciative. I am writing my first Google review here because my 5-star review was "hidden" by Yelp, and it was a real review that followed Yelp guidelines. Go figure.

Dave never picks up the phone or call. I will take this review down if he ever contacts me to remove it. If you see this review up, that means he still hasn’t bothered to contact me, his old client who he took retainer and didn’t do anything.

we hired him for a custody issue and he did absolutely nothing hes horrible i wouldnt even waste your time or money on this guy....
