I hired Ms. Faissol to represent me on my divorce. I found her to be extremely unresponsive and inattentive to my case and would not even keep me informed on important correspondence she received from the opposing counsel. She never provided me with monthly statements on how much time she was devoting to my case. After about a year of not making any progress on my case, I decided to hire another attorney. After repeatedly asking her for a settlement of my retainer fee, and informing her that I would complain to the California Bar, I finally received a statement where she claimed to have spent all of my retainer fee. Please do not engage Ms. Faissol for legal representation involving family law. She is unprofessional and may even be bordering on testing the ethics of a legal practice.
