I used them for a car accident and my 1st mistake was telling them the main thing I wanted was $3000.00 for the loss of my car. That is just about all I got too. I also told them I had pain in my neck back and shoulders. Their doctor couldnt find anything on an x-ray so they stopped searching from their. It ended up I got fibromyalgia from this wreck. Fibromyalgia can be triggered by a traumatic accident. So I am also having to deal with this at my own expense. I trusted them completely and didnt even look over the paper work when I went to pick up the check. I came across my copies a few years ago and found out they actually won over $20,000.00. I was so upset when I saw that. They had so many charges for this that and the other to "show what they say" were for fees. I can not believe I was such a sucker and so gullible to think I could trust this attorney. I wouldnt recommend him for my dog.

This firm represented me in a workman's comp case and did a terrible job. The lawyer told me one thing and when we got to the mediation it was totally different. They hardly ever answer the phone and take forever for them to return calls.

If I could give a lower star I would, maybe -5?, I have been lied to for 3 weeks with their office saying they would call me and each time I call each week to see if they'll take my WC claim they say it'll be another 5-7 business days. Very unprofessional and if this is the way they work and treat clientele then I wouldn't want them representing me anyway. They will give you the runaround. Wouldn't refer anyone to this firm unless I didn't like them and wanted them to lose their case. One of the most unprofessional firms.

I had a workers comp case settled a couple of years ago through this firm. Totally wish that I had done a better job in seeking proper representation. It took a few years to settle my case, I expected that. But, throughout the whole process. I only had one office visit with them. Never did I even meet my actual attorney!!!!! Now I am currently having the worst lifetime medical treatment for my back injury. The commercials dont do any justice for this firm. Do more research before you let this firm handle your case!

Warning !!!!! I have a work comp case in which Zuccarello's firm was to represent me, they took case and had me sign paperwork so i couldn't find another attorney, sent letter to insurance company, told them they were the attorney on record, then waisted two almost three weeks, told me they were setting up recorded statement with insurance and then called and said sorry don't want your case, with no reason or explanation !!! Should have known when they have more paralegals than attorneys and they have no idea now to call people back! left three messages with my paralegal over three days and have yet to have a phone call back. In closing if you want to be a nothing number with no attorney contact and poor representation then hire these guys and waist your time. I on the other hand hired a better law firm!
