I saw a youtube video of Eric's online and called him for a consultation and advisement on the matter. Although I didn't initially get a hold of him, he returned my call immediately. Once we spoke he advised me on my situation. Although I am in Florida, I was willing to pay for his time. Even though he couldn't legally take me on as a client due to being out of state, he advised me regardless. He gave me the name of a law to reference in my home state of Florida so that I can look into it further and refer a local attorney. I asked a few more questions and he answered all of my questions very calm and professional and didn't rush me off the phone, even though he knew he wouldn't be able to take me on as a client. I'm very grateful that Eric took the time to get back to me and answer all of my questions. I told him I felt like I owed him something and he said don't worry about it. Thank you very much Eric!
After viewing Mr. Willison in a tenant - landlord informational video I contacted him & within seconds he told me which Ohio Revised Codes my issue fell under + offered me other informative information as to proceed forward. I would highly recommend him if you are having housing issues. His knowledge, vast expertise, + professionalism helped answer my questions in minutes. He can hep you too...
Eric is responsive, courteous and explains things very well to the lay person who happens to be a landlord. As I have found out, the landlord - tenant law in Ohio is complex and if you don't follow it to a tee it could cost you valuable time and rent payments. Mr. Willison is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. A++
Awesome attorney! Gives great advice and is thorough with his explanations and input. Highly recommend this guy! Very friendly and has genuine interest in helping Tenants.
Used Eric for a commercial tenant eviction. Part of the eviction process was to press the tenant for legal expenses, lost rent, etc. As soon as the tenant left (of their own volition, after 4 months of non-payment), Eric went dark; he won't respond to text messages, phone calls, emails, etc. Big mistake to pay this guy in advance.
