I had a lawyer prior to hiring Mr. Remsen for a simple divorce and it was taking over two years. Mr. Remsen and his team were able to accomplish what I wanted in 6 months!!! Such a great attorney and I’m so happy I fired the first one.

BE CAREFUL WHOM YOU CHOOSE TO DEFEND AND REPRESENT YOU. SOME DAMAGES CANNOT BE UNDONE. Mr Remsen's practicing law is squarely an enormous community concern. I was re-reading the judge's decision and it is all the more so evident that I would have been better off defending myself. I would have had my own voice. During the hearing, Frank was quiet, slow, lethargic, and perhaps sleepy. He did not seem to care at all. The opposing party testimony was riddled with patent lies. The opposing counsel was not particularly good, but Frank offered no credible challenge or opposition. The damages that I've incurred from his searingly mediocre representation are irreparable. Mr Remsen is, at best, dangerously incompetent. But I observed and believe that he is both cringingly incompetent and unimaginably malicious. Picking Mr Frank Remsen's law firm was, without a doubt, one of the most disastrous mistake I've ever made. And that is an understatement. Frank was consistent in only 2 things: 1) reminding me about my retainer account when it was getting low 2) Failing me in every step of the way. The opposing party had a blast trampling upon both him and me. But I was the only one losing. When you meet or speak with Frank, just trust your guts. I ignored my instincts and I pay an exorbitantly high price for it; not just monetarily. I even asked him months back if he had something against me. He, of course, denied it. I even ended up in jail for 2 days in a divorce CIVIL matter. TWO DAYS! There are very few, if any, precedents to this. I watched the hearing unfold and this man ( Frank) put so very little effort, that I literally felt physically sick. After I was released from being wrongly, illegally, and unconstitutionally incarcerated, Frank told me:" The good thing is that you got out quickly". That was a mindless thing to say to someone who has never been arrested and who has never been in legal trouble. During that same conversation, of course, Frank reminded me that I owe $355, which I paid immediately. Certainly, I'd like to see everyone eat and provide for their families, including Frank. But I feel obligated to warn others. This man. No one should endure this undue humiliation and treatment. Remember: BE CAREFUL WHOM YOU CHOOSE TO DEFEND AND REPRESENT YOU. SOME DAMAGES CANNOT BE UNDONE. I switched lawyer and it is heap better. Night and day.

Frank and his team are everything you can imagine when it comes to needing a family lawyer! I can not say enough great things about this team! If i could leave more than 5 stars i definitely would! Thank you Frank Remsen Law with helping complete our step parent family adoption.

I hired mr. Remsen to help with my child support and time sharing modification. Nether one was completed before they asked for another retainer fee. This lawyer office is very slow to act and does not keep you informed on a regular basis. They dropped me right in the middle of both cases. Be warned if you want to get your case resolved this is not the lawyer for you. Just my opinion based on my experience. I have contacted the Florida bar to file a formal complaint, they will conduct a investigation.
