In the 7 months and still counting I have to agree with the LACK of communication and long drawn out process.I always have to call for an update and have not been contacted by them. I wish that I had chosen another law firm. I know it takes time but not knowing what’s going on unless you call is frustrating but lesson learned.

My experience with this law was very unprofessional, the reception Ashley have no people skills over the phone, she lied and said she called and left messages which she have never done she then said to me that would not be taking my case because I was at fault with that being said that's when I knew that she never call because she felt she did and had to do her job since the law firm was not taking my case not once has she left a message or her law firm and she said she was not going to go back-and-forth with me about leaving a message when I ask did you get a voice message or I could put a message to call back number which she could not answer which means she never called my phone they are very unprofessional especially Ashley I would not referred this law firm to do any car accidents especially with her being a receptionist said do not call any of their clients or leave messages

He was very formal. I was actually impressed with the connection. You will be satisfied with the whole process.
