Attorney Hector Garza is a fully competitive Attorney. In my whole custody case, there was two Attorneys against him. I was honestly optimistic. I went to several Attorneys, and everyone turn me away. They wouldn't take the case. Their response was " it's impossible going against .... Once I had my first court case, Attorney Garza fought so hard. he was determined. I realize that day that even if we had two attorneys against us that he would not give up. I don't know how to thank him enough. If you need an Attorney that would fight, he that person.

I wish I could leave a -5 star. Do not do this to yourself. Dishonest, disrespectful, doesn’t know the law. I fired him for the reasons above and he has stated that HE fired me and that he had to get a restraining order against me. This is the most untrue and unjust statement that I’ve heard in a long time. HE WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST. Use Jason Bashara instead. He’s a very good attorney. There are many more details but the Texas Bar can handle those. All the best in your case!!
