***This is in response to the absolute nonsense posted by Goldberg & McEnaney. When you start off a response by attacking my nationality and when I learned English, this is problematic. I am not Chinese and English is the only language I know. “ While my paralegals will, at times, make and answer calls regarding the status of ongoing cases, I am always available to speak with clients. When Steve spoke with you, you could have simply asked to speak with me or you could have texted or called me on my cell. You did not. Nor did you call the office or my cell (which I freely give out to all of my clients so that they can contact me at will) for an update during the (alleged) 2.5 years referenced, which, it should be pointed out, included the end of the Covid-19 pandemic.” This is total nonsense. If you would like me to post screenshots of our text messages, I simply will. “ In litigation, which takes years, there are often (especially through the covid years) long periods of inactivity, sometimes years-long, during which there are no new developments to report. That is not uncommon, but that did not happen in your case and your estimate of 2.5 years without contact is simply incorrect.” Do you not remember how long during our consultation that you told me it would take? SMH “ We were retained by you in January of 2022. You were first contacted by my paralegal Julie on 3/3/22 about whether you had received your medical board minutes from the previous November. Because of city adjournments and judicial transfers, nothing more happened in your case until your petition was filed in March of 2022. I then personally contacted you on 4/25/23 to let you know that your case had been reassigned, yet again, to another new judge. Again, if you would like me to post screenshots of our text messages, I will. I personally contacted you on 4/25……that is a flatout lie. Who contacted who first. I have not been able to decipher this sentence: "When I requested to speak with Tim, he went ahead and told me I didn’t give him enough time with the case. … And if I didn’t have enough time, why did he take my case." This time discussion bears no resemblance to anything I can recall discussing with you about this case.” You memory is not good. It’s obvious why you have no recollection. You never responded to my comment about money. I wonder why.

Goldberg and McEnaney are an extraordinary Law firm. I chose them and sought their assistance reading about their success with another client whose case was similar to my own.
