Mr. Smith is the most ethical AND caring attorney I have ever met. During a time when I was struggling with a divorce after 25 years of marriage, his comforting demeanor made a painful process a lot more bearable. He was honest throughout the entire process, explaining in layman’s terms what he was confident would happen, and what would likely take place given the law and the things we cannot change. His performance was the best example of the Serenity Prayer in action that I’ve ever witnessed!

Aggressively on point, attentive, and efficient! I can’t say enough about Mr. Smith’s ability to help my family through a very dark time. Mr. Smith as referred to me through a friend who’d had a very good experience working with him on his complicated divorce years ago. We looked him up and found that he’s still in practice for over 20 years, and I thank my lucky stars everyday that I chose him for my case. Had it not been for his additional knowledge in estate law, and his wisdom and prowess in dealing with tough family dynamics, I’m not sure I would’ve made it out alive.

Jason is a highly qualified and caring lawyer. Some folks have made some comments that aren't consistent with my experience... I blame this covid era mindset. Seems everyone is off these day. I did not hire Jason but he did help me with advice that I found to be of great value. Solid guy, very supportive and I highly recommend him.

I would give zero stars if I could. I chose Jason Smith as my attorney because he “claims” to be Christian and has an office in my hometown. He has manipulated and lied for over 2 years. Not answering calls or emails while doing nothing on my case for over 10 months. After speaking to someone at the clerk of courts they said my case was being dismissed for lack of paperwork not being submitted. This man has zero integrity or candor , he stole my money. I paid him January of 2020 and now February of 2022 absolutely nothing has been accomplished . PLEASE do not retain his services as you will be in the same position I am. The Bar has policies for a reason. He gives every attorney a bad name.
