Do NOT waste your money on this man!!!! I have a friend who went to him and was charged $1,000 for a divorce. My friend decided not to use him, for several reasons. Of course he paid cash, up front. His office couldn't have spent over 3 hours TOTAL. But he was not given any kind of refund! Abbbbbsolutely ridiculous! There are many bad reviews here, for good reason!!!

Mr. Pearcy gave me one price on the phone, $2,500. Then he tried to charge me an extra thousand when I went to meet face to face, and none of the facts of the case had changed. Then said he couldn't accept ANYTHING other than cash. I could only pay by check, that I could have given him up front and he could have cashed to make sure it wasnt bad! He is working for the court and officers out here, not for you. He wouldn't even make eye contact while I was speaking to him, and was very rude when he did decide to speak. I went to Jack Hinson, in lexington, he charged me one thousand dollars for the ENTIRE case, and got it completely dismissed [and the guy was facing 4-9 years in prison.] Oh, and Mr.Hinson had no problems taking my check. ????
