Things where tough for me after my moms passing and at time I didn't want to do the things I really need to do for my moms state but Stephen was very understanding and caring about my well being along with the legal time-line of stuff needed to be done... He was stern with me at points but that just helped me to push through what needed to be done the right way.. always there when I had questions or needed advice..
