Law Office of Juan Reyes

I honestly would not recommend this lawyer. We used Juan Reyes so that my husband can become a resident. Because of them the process took so much longer because they failed to upload a document that was being requested and took over a year to realize it once I checked. The excuse they gave me was that they had new office workers. Once it was time for my husbands interview they couldn’t even properly prepare us at all. They could not recommend where to stay and how the interview would be. All they did to prepare us for the interview was read over questions from the online application. Being that they specialize in immigration you would think they could prepare you for what to expect. Glad we were able to get our interview and paper work we needed but other than that I do not feel comfortable recommending them. I would not use them again.

Oh my goodness! I should have seen the reviews before calling them! I'm still waiting for my case and I'm a little bummed about the bad reviews. I called them to follow up and they said they'd call me back and I’m still waiting...

Honestly they don’t really care about anything but your money. They don’t even file your paper work on time. They don’t check up on any updates regarding your case and will tell you a bunch of lies when you call to ask question. They told me immigration didn’t obtain my paper work for my work permit, and that resulted in me getting fired. Not even a month went by and suddenly they obtain my Daca card after I had personally spoken to immigration myself ….. I could of kept my job if they would of looked into my stuff a bit closer ….. which they didn’t.

The immigration process is very complex. Juan Reyes and his team of attorneys, paralegals, and associates took a great interest in fully explaining the many aspects of it's due process. They also thoroughly composed and skillfully guided my application throughout it's many steps. Throughout the course of the entire legal procedures, the Jaun Reyes Law Firm gave me a great deal of confidence that my petition was being handled by a serious high caliber association . From the initial consult, attorney interview, and successful end completion of the immigration application, I was treated with a polite and considerate manner. I would like to whole heartedly thank Mr. Reyes and his circle of dedicated professionals whose experienced and sound counsel made it possible for my dream to become a reality.

My husband and I hired this attorney to help my husband to become a resident he said it would take 18 months max it's almost 2 years ago and finally the date came for the appointment to get his Visa he advise my husband to lie because of what he put on the waiver and my husband did what he said to do now my husband did not get approved for his Visa and has to start over with the waiver we have tried calling him so juan Reyes can fix the damage he caused and he won't answer the phone he won't call back and avoids to speak with my husband when he finally answers me he wants to charge more money over $2000. I would not recommend him AT ALL. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM....
