Keiko Griffin is nothing short of amazing and I am so grateful that I found her. Her whole team was amazing, always very friendly and helpful, and was diligent about keeping me informed about my case. I had another lawyer for my case prior to her that I had to terminate for multiple reasons before my case was over. I had a consultation with her when I was still undecided about letting him go and I was so impressed with her knowledge. She was compassionate and honest and I knew I wanted her to represent me if I decided to move forward with hiring a different attorney. I did end up hiring her a few months later and I have absolutely no regrets about it. I am so grateful for her help and her team throughout this difficult process. Her expertise and skill in her field of work is amazing. I honestly wish I had hired her from the start of my case. She picked up the pieces of a case my previous attorney had made a mess of and it’s ended in what I think is probably the best outcome given the situation. After seeking help with my divorce in the middle of a bad situation I stumbled across her office and they immediately stepped in and helped me through the entire process. Even after moving out of state and having a hectic schedule myself, they put me first and never once made me feel like a burden. A friend recommended this firm because they helped him greatly and he spoke highly of Keiko. Unfortunately it was not the same for my brother. After paying almost 4K he saw no results, because the other party didn’t came in to sign paperwork they didn’t do much but expected him to pay even more. The price was set higher in case it was contested. It was nearly impossible to communicate with them and I even call and the excuses were laughable. They called him to tell him they were no longer going to serve him, that Keiko wasn’t going to rep him anymore. All because they couldn’t get the other party to come in or agree to sign after the first disagreement. Nothing got resolve, they quit on the case and after all that they still asked him to pay another 3K dollars for their services. What services? Nothing got done he waisted thousands of dollars and if he wants this to be done he’ll have to find a new lawyer and pay the fees all over again. So much for helping others.

Ms. Keiko and her law firm was payed almost 10,000 for a child support case that never got resolved. I contacted the law office in March of 2023 to cancel service because they amount I was paying to fight a CS case I could just use to take care of my child. The law office agreed to a payment plan of $250 every Monday to pay off the final $1608.52 on March 17th, 2023. I made the final payoff to that payment plan May 12,2023. I have emails and receipts of everything. I’ve been trying to call the office and figure out how they feel I owe them $9400 and they won’t even tell me how or explain the non existent charges. Here were are January 25th, 2024 I receive a notification that my credit score had a change opened the Experian app at they have sent to collection a bill of 9,375.90 and my scored had now dropped for 785 to 603. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never ever began receiving child support for my daughter after paying her up to $10,000 for services. & now she is causing more problems in my life than my sperm donor has. Your job as a lawyer is suppose to be to help those who come to you, not cause problems in their life.l and definitely not try take from them money you do not deserve from services that were cancelled.
