When my mother passed away during the pandemic, my family experienced a turbulent wave of grief that left us with no closure, no funeral, and lots of unusual unfamiliar paperwork that had to be filed with the court in a different region. Mr. Gomez offered us much professionalism and a human face to assist us in dealing with the uncompassionate legalities of a death in a family. He was expedient, courteous, and knew exactly what to do which put our minds at ease. He did not overcharge us, and asked a reasonable compensation for the work he performed. We were very pleased with his expertise and all around service.

We retained Kevin for the sale of our home and cannot say enough about how far he went for us. The buyer's attorney was a typical Westchester County/NYC slimebag. Kevin fought for us and got us a contract in a very reasonable time frame. When the buyer decided to back out Kevin held the line and informed them that based on the concessions I agreed to in the contract they would not be entitled to a refund of the deposit. I am thankful for his diligence as these issues would have caused me to breach contract on my new home. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is in the process of selling or buying a home.

Kevin Gomez. Is unprofessional. Rude, never returns phone call to his 87 yr old client.. She calls, txt, email. He takes months FR respond. An, even then he make cheap excuses.. He phone die.
