Kimberly Abrams and her team did a great job handling the closing of a property sale in Fort Lauderdale for me. Being out of State required me to find and research law firms online and over the phone. Kimberly responded to my inquiry promptly and answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. My case was not straight forward as it involved an out-of-state owner, a contentious partnership and a (seemingly) difficult buyer. However, the Abrams team stayed diligent throughout and completed the deal just as I had asked for in a timely manner. The only reason for 4/5 rather than 5/5 stars is some slight communication issues regarding meeting times which I thought could have been handled better. That said, Kimberly personally took ownership of the problem and apologized for the misunderstanding. These types of things happen and it did not hinder the deal in any way. I just believe in honest, full disclosure reviews. I highly recommend Kimberly Abrams & Associates for their honesty and integrity in a difficult field of law.

I found Kimberly's office online and both Kimberly and Kathleen were a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive, Kimberly and her office did a phenomenal job representing us in our purchase. They are very detail oriented and very responsive to all our questions and needs. I highly recommend Kimberly and all her staff in the office.

So my initial review was a bit unfair and I wanted to come back and redo it and clarify things a bit. So if you are in need of a closing/title Agent then this is the place for you. They seem to be very helpful in that regard. For my case I did not need those services but needed someone to review our current paperwork and see if maybe there were any gotcha's or other things we, not being lawyers or real-estate guru's might not know about. This was not a service they could provide us. Had their webpage said that I would not have reached out and asked them to help. So if you need a closing/'title agent and also want them to review that paperwork they do that here. But if your like me and need something different than that you will need to look elsewhere. I bumped them up to 3 stars but i can't give them more because we didn't use their services.

Excellent work by Kimberly and her team in selling our home. Communication was terrific. I highly recommend this attorney!
