She's very forward and doesn't sugarcoat things. The only complaint I have is anytime I call the office to speak to her about absolutely anything pertaining to my case, even if it's a time sensitive matter, it's pretty much 90%of the time she never returns my call. I've been waiting for her to return my calls I made WEEKS AGO, and ive yet to receive a call from her.
