Picked this law office based on high google rating in the Sacramento area. I was able to schedule a quick free session with Kristina which was great. However, once we asked her to do up our contract for us we didn't hear anything back. No response to emails, left a voicemail to which we did hear back from the paralegal saying Kristina is working on it. Another week goes by and nothing, still waiting for a response from my last email. I am not sure if this is the standard time or way to conduct business but definitely not what I was excepting.
