From a professional standpoint she's not capable of filing a simple warranty deed on the first try. From a personal standpoint she rude and incapable of appeasing all parties to avoid screwing her clients, due to her own rude and stubborn nature. I gave her two stars because one would imply she's totally incompetent, but she is for sure the type of snake oil salesman that will try and force good people to sign a release and indemnity agreement to benefit a trustee, who trys to take advantage of a beneficiary. So she will fight for you, in my opinion, in an ethically irresponsible way, if that's the type of ambulance chaser you're seeking. My advice, go with a different attorney who doesn't have to file a simple warranty deed multiple times to get it right. But her Secretary and legal aid are super sweet, and I regret blowing up in her office due to her rude nature. (to her legal aid) I never intended to bring that type of negativity with your children in the room, so I am sorry for that.... edit addition and response... with that weak reply, you know who I am and I absolutely have the right firm... play crazy but you know what you did Lauren. It was an unethical way to deal with someone who was willing to work with you, sadly you were not willing to work with my fiance or myself, just represented the trustee who you know damn well was up to no good... you've got my number if you want to fix this... your corrections page you gave us was garbage also
