We needed someone we could trust to explain our options for proceeding in a real estate dispute. Blaine reviewed our contracts and was able to tell us how the law would interpret them and then laid out some options on how we could proceed. He was always very responsive when a new detail came into play or we had more questions. We would use Clooten Law again.
