Mark Honsaker is an awful human being. After he was fired from his previous job, he borrowed $30,000 from me in May of 2014 when none of his friends or family would lend him money. To convince me that he would pay me back, he made a promissory note and deed of trust and told me some sad stories. However, he never filed the deed of trust and he has only paid me back $750. He doesn’t intend to pay me back any more money. In my opinion he is a crook and should never practice law again.
