Worst law firm ever. Never respond back to any emails or calls and refuses to call back. When you call it goes to a 3rd party dispatcher who never even sees the lawyer. They just leave him a message and he doesn’t respond. It’s been 2 months and I still have heard from him

Mr. Gallagher made an excellent 1st impression with me. Very professional and cordial. Anyhow, I discussed my situation with him and he made some very positive points that my previous lawyer never even addrssed. His knowledge of the law is phenomenal. He's a man who has strong beliefs in his ethics and in seeking the truth he went through a number of obstacles to right a wrong. Brought justice to a man who was wrongfully accused.

Attorney Gallagher failed to show up for a court hearing after he was retained. His lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. After several court appearances, where he did not show up at all, we were able to get him off of our case and hired a new attorney who was much more knowledgeable, professional, and available to appear for scheduled court dates. We will not be using or recommending this attorney in the future. It was a complete waste of our money , our time, and the court's time.

I would highly Mr. Gallagher as an attorney. From the beginning he set a game plan. Mr Gallagher let me know ahead of time what may change, as it turns out he was right and their may have been some changes along the way but ultimately my cases were dismissed! We are now working on the expunction to get this finally behind me forever and I am forever grateful. Not only did Matthew Gallagher relate to my case but he changed my life, in more ways than I could ever express.

I was surfing the web looking for answers on a very old case that was causing difficulty at present. Mr. Gallagher was very helpful! Mr. Gallagher gave me several options I could follow through with. I then asked if he would take care of this issue and he agreed. He was very specific on what could happen and asked if I wanted to proceed. I said I wanted to see if he could get my case sealed, he double checked with me and less than 30 days later, my case is sealed and he did a fantastic job! Very Professional and Direct! Highly recommended!
