AWFUL! Brodie represented my cousin. My cousin went through many months of Hell with Brodie. I was often there when my cousin called Brodie. After she was retained, suddenly Brodie was almost always unreachable. Messages were left but never returned. My cousin told me about the frustrations, mistakes and that Brodie seemed incapable of resolving the case. Eventually Brodie’s partner at the time, Joseph Waxman, had to step in. He got the case back on track & settled in a couple of weeks. My cousin was so grateful. Especially after enduring months of stress, along with the injury from work. Because my cousin never made these experiences public I must. No one should go through that. BTW Waxman has not been working with Brodie for years. In fact just checked and discovered Waxman IS actually one of the top attorneys in SF, voted a “Super Lawyer”, graduated top of his class and has all 5 star reviews - well deserved!

This was quite some time ago, but I was giving a referral to someone else and realized I should review her. Michelle represented me starting in 2002. I herniated 3 discs in my back at work and was getting the run around. I called Michelle & had a consultation. Once she got involved, everything shifted. I started getting paid on time. She told me I could chose my own Dr- and I did. My GP oversaw all the testing & referrals to specialists. Finally got a full diagnosis. B/c they’re WC attorneys they have a lot of cases but I found their office to be empathetic and responsive. Without them I would’ve been screwed. I no longer live in SF & I’m sure they don’t remember me but I will never forget them.

Called michelle for some advice about my workers comp claim, talk about RUDE! She was loud and aggressive and gave me the worst advice! I'm very glad I spoke to another lawyer first before calling her definitely made it clear that she did not have the right advice for me/ my case! Glad I didn't hire her!!!

This attorney's staff, like every single other attorney I contacted in California, from a list provided me from the state of california, didn't return my phone calls for assisance. Do california attorneys actually give a care about the workers who pave their roads, serve their meals, and build their products?...I guess their inaction to help me proves the answer to the question...they're all self-made they drive their BMWs and graduate with their law degrees without any help at all. The top of the pyramid scheme could care-less about those who prop them up. It's time the sub-structure of their wealth helps themselves and abandons their overseers-let them fall to the ground.

Lack professionalism. Never returned client phone calls. Blamed client for errors. Case successfully, quickly resolved with another attorney.
