Jason was my son's court appointed attorney. Never returned my calls. Didn't do anything for my son, never went to see him once in the six months he was his attorney. I had to hire our own attorney. His secretary Mrs. B. She wants to be the attorney and when I would call for Mr. Darling she had an answer for everything. Wrong answer. She is very very rude! It is really sad to see ths. Everyone deserves to be defended to the best of the attorneys ability . Court appointed or not!

Great lawyer he kept me up to date with my boyfriends case the entire time and spoke very well on his behalf we hoped for the lowest time and he got us that.

Jason Darling was my court appointed attorney for about a year. Sorry to say this, but Id rather you know ahead of time. Do not hire him, my wife's attorney had to do all my talking because he just sat there and was scared to argue with the judge. I begged the court to change my attorney but it would of stalled the case so we pushed through it. He talks a big game, but gets scared before a judge and doesn't seem to care.

Very disappointed.....he talked a good positive game on getting a simple ball charge dropped In order for someone to be in court a month n half later. Didn't happen....now it's a finalized mess....he doesn't return calls...his receptionist is rude...he is a liar. Will not recommend him to anyone else or ever use him again. Judicial system sucks right along with the rest of the government in this country.

He did nothing he said he would do just stood there like a damn bump on a long gave me false hope then anytime I have ever called he never returns calls wouldn't recommend him to any one he shouldn't be a lawyer! Even his secretary is rude! I promise I will never recommend him for anything unless you absolutely want to to as much time as possible!
