I recently set up consultations with two separate Attorneys to inquire about my options in a somewhat complex and ongoing Probate matter. The first Attorney I met with wasn’t at all interested in what the details of my situation were, and told me several times during the consultation “time out” I don’t care about what you are telling me. I found this very frustrating. After about 10 minutes she said she needed $2,500 up front if I wanted to get into the details of my situation and have her review any information. I left the consultation feeling despondent. The following evening I had my consultation which I set up with Churchill & Tilden. I almost cancelled the consultation, as I felt like the experience with the previous Attorney from the night before was going to be par for the course. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I met with Attorney Churchill and felt better right away. She listened to the details of my case, reviewed several documents, and was incredibly thorough. Most importantly she was kind and cared about giving me a thorough review of my case during the consultation. She never once demanded money, and even turned down an offer to pay her a fee for the consultation, as she was so thorough. She gave me excellent advice on how to handle my case and let me know how much it would cost to hire her if needed in the future based on the options I had available. Don’t waste your time going to another Attorney in the Plymouth area. Dealing with Attorney Churchill was such a relief and I’m so happy I decided to go to the consultation with her.

I've spoke with over a dozen attorneys in this area and even though others were less expensive (others were more), she found a payment situation that worked for us both. I can't yet review how well she handled my legal needs, but I love that she took the time to understand the whole situation. No scare tactics. Fair price for the service.
